Today I have used the Ambrose King of the Waves digital stamp from Doctor Digi's House Of Stamps, one of our generous sponsors for this challenge, to make a pair of CAS birthday cards.

I opened the image in Silhouette Studio and sized it for the front of a 5" x 7" card front (image is 2 1/2" high) and created a sentiment by combining two fonts (details below).  I printed the image on X-Press It blending card, trimmed to size, heat set and coloured with Copic markers.  I made a top folding card base from heavy white cardstock and used liquid adhesive to secure the image panel in place.  For the second card, I added a digital water splash (details below), printed on X-Press It blending card, heat set and coloured with Copic markers (a different combo to the first card, details below).  I made a top folding card base from heavy white cardstock and used liquid adhesive to secure the image panel in place.

... and here is the second card, with the big blue splash

Getting Old . . . and Collecting Wrinkles

It's time for a new challenge with us on the

As always, the challenge is Anything Goes.
Three to five random winners are drawn and
each get to choose 3 set of papers from the Paper Pick Tab

~~~*~~~*~~~
Today I have used the Blow Brown digital paper by Lozzy at A Bit More Time To Craft.  It's the 9th collection when scrolling down through the PAPER PICKS and has ten fabulous patterned papers.  I have combined this digital paper with the Gus Birthday - Collect Wrinkles digital stamp from Bugaboo StampsThe detail and texture of this patterned paper is perfect for this wrinkly old birthday boy and fun sentiment.
What do you think?
My card started in Silhouette Studio.  I opened the Blow Brown digital paper, digital image and sentiment and sized them to fit on a 6" square card.  I "sliced" the sentiment in half, so that I could stagger it on the sides of the image panel.   I printed the image and sentiment panels on X-Press It blending card, heat set, coloured with Copic markers and trimmed to size.  I printed the Blow Brown patterned paper on smooth white cardstock and it trimmed down to 5 3/4".  I cut a 6" x 12" cardstock strip, scored at 6" and created the 6" card base.  I cut two 1" strips from the same cardstock for the sentiments.  The image panel was adhered to the same cardstock then trimmed to a 1/8" mat using a Perfect Layers ruler.  I used liquid adhesive to secure all the layers on the card base.  I finished off the card by colouring some faceted clear rhinestones with Copic markers to match the image panel, adding several layers to build up the colour, with darker shades around the edges.
Here are some more pics of my wrinkled cutie . . .
Click on the image to see the detail in full screen.
No, you're not seeing things, I used this digital stamp and design a few weeks ago (HERE), as soon as the card was made, I thought of this design from the Blow Brown digital paper set and HAD to make another card ... you can never have too many masculine cards in your stash ... I might have to make another card using brown cardstock to match this digital paper now!
Today I have used two of the Chibi Get Well digital stamps by Stampers Delights, one of our generous sponsors this fortnight, to make a pair of CAS get well cards.
I opened the boy and girl images in Silhouette Studio and sized them to make a font panel for a 5" x 7" card.  I used some fonts from my ever-growing digital stash to create "get well soon" sentiments.  I printed the panels on X-Press It blending card, heat set and coloured with Copic markers.  I adhered the panels to 5" x 7" card bases with liquid adhesive.
