MORE Frame It With Team Lou at the Southern Girls Challenge

It's time for another challenge with us at the Southern Girls.

This fortnight Team Lou have created projects to inspire you for the new challenge

Our generous sponsors for this challenge are:

Today I have used a combination of stamps, inks and dies
from my precious Altenew stash.

My first card uses the Caps Bold Alphabet Die Set from Altenew.

I framed the sentiment panel with scoring then added a layer of gold glitter cardstock to add more dimension to the framing.  It looks like the sentiment is cut from the top white panel and the sparkling golden letters are peeking out from the negative space.

This 5" x 7" card uses the Altenew - Peony Bouquet Stamp Set (flowers & leaves), the Altenew - Bejeweled Stamp Set (sentiment) and several Altenew inks (details below).  This was my first time using layering stamps and I was so grateful to have my MISTI help to get good solid ink coverage with perfect repeat stamping for the flower and leaves.  I fussy cut the flower and leaves, die cut the frame (details below), then aligned them on my card base to decide the sentiment placement.  Once the sentiment was stamped I adhered the frame and flower in place to finish off the card.
