'Tis The Season To Be Jolly

You may have seen my earlier post where I shared these two cards

for the new challenge
Penny's Challenge 448
on
As always, the challenge is Anything Goes.

This post is to share my jolly card with the candy stripes.
You can read all about the card filled with Holiday Cheer HERE.

Today I have used the Christmas Frappe digital stamp from Little Blue Button Stamps, one of our generous sponsors for this challenge.

I opened the image in Silhouette Studio and re-sized the image, printed on X-Press It blending card, heat set then coloured with Copic markers.

My card is 5" x 7".  I trimmed the image panel, matted with black cardstock, cutting the perfect edge by using the 1/16" Perfect Layers Ruler.  The sentiment is a digital font (details & link below), I printed it on cardstock, trimmed to size and matted.  I made a card base from white cardstock, covered it with a jolly candy striped paper panel then layered the matted sentiment and image panel on top.  I finished the card off by adding a touch of sparkle with a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.
