sending apologies to Julie and the Penny's Design Team.
It's time for a new challenge with us on the
I opened the Lilly Mermaid digital stamp in Silhouette Studio along with a rope frame (cut file details & links below) and sized them to fit on a 6 1/4" square card. The image is 4" tall. I printed the image on X-Press It blending card, heat set and coloured with Copic markers, adding some sand to the bottom of the image and pale blue to the background. I used white gel pen to add some dimension to the pearls in the image and give the white some extra pop. I cut the rope frame and trimmed the image panel to fit behind it, adhering the layers together with liquid adhesive. I trimmed to matting panels to size and layered them together, securing with liquid adhesive. Lucky last came a cluster of paper flowers and strands of pearls, all adhered in place with liquid adhesive.

My favourite flower is the rose, even I can grow them and they reward me with beautiful fragrant blooms, even through the hottest of summers. The biggest challenge is the possums, who find the buds a "MUST HAVE" delicacy.
