Today I have used the Kidz Daisy digital stamp from Bugaboo Stamps,
one of our generous sponsors, to make a pair of birthday cards.

As Bugaboo Stamps is one of the sponsors, I decided to be inspired by the current challenges on their Catch The Bug Challenge Blog, where I have used both the sketch for Stella Says Sketch 804 and the February BINGO Challenge (images and links below).

This post is to focus on my "happy happy" birthday card.

You read all about my other "happy birthday" card HERE
or by clicking on the photo below

I sized image to fit in a 3" circle, printed on X-Press It blending card, heat set, die cut, then coloured with Copic markers.  As I was making two cards, I decided to flip the image and make the second card opposite to the first, along with a different sentiment.  I used two birthday sentiments (details & links below) and instead of cutting them, I printed them on a textured cardstock panel for what was going to be 5" x 7" cards.  I die cut matting circle and scalloped layers for the image panels.  I punched, curled and layered lots of flowers, adding a black pearl to the centre of each one.  I sized a digital floral patterned paper (details & link below) and printed it on textured cardstock and trimmed panels down to size (2 1/2" x 5 1/2").  I used a border punch to make the contrasting scallop panels.

This card used the "flipped" Kidz Daisy digital stamp
I hope it makes you feel "happy happy"
