Crafty Gals Corner - the lucky last stop for the Blog Hop
Today I have used the Ginger Spice Cocoa Mug digital stamp from Digi Doodle Studios, our generous sponsors this week, to make a cute and tasty Christmas card.
I printed the image on X-Press It blending card, heat set, colouring with Copic markers then die cut with a nesting circle die. I cut a 5 3/4" panel of patterned paper, matted with white cardstock, timmed to 1/16" border, matted with green cardstock, trimmed to 3/16" border then adhered the panel to a card base. I layered the image panel with an offset circle and doily, adhering the layers in place with liquid adhesive. I finished the card off with a die cut sentiment, which I layered for extra dimension.
The finished card is 6 1/4" square.

DeleteOoops, I forgot to say that I have changed over to digital images almost completely. I did keep a few "favorite" rubber stamps but mostly I cleaned out the drawers which were overflowing and gave them all to a local charity which collects toys and craft tools for kids in need.
