Today I am thrilled to be

The sponsors for this challenge are:

Bugaboo Stamps     Oddball Art Co.

~~~*~~~*~~~
Today I have used the Kidz Daisy digital stamp from Bugaboo Stamps,
one of our generous sponsors, to make a pair of birthday cards.
As Bugaboo Stamps is one of the sponsors, I decided to be inspired by the current challenges on their Catch The Bug Challenge Blog, where I have used both the sketch for Stella Says Sketch 804 and the February BINGO Challenge (images and links below).  I sized image to fit in a 3" circle, printed on X-Press It blending card, heat set, die cut, then coloured with Copic markers.  As I was making two cards, I decided to flip the image and make the second card opposite to the first, along with a different sentiment.  I used two birthday sentiments (details & links below) and instead of cutting them, I printed them on a textured cardstock panel for what was going to be 5" x 7" cards.  I die cut matting circle and scalloped layers for the image panels.  I punched, curled and layered lots of flowers, adding a black pearl to the centre of each one.  I sized a digital floral patterned paper (details & link below) and printed it on textured cardstock and trimmed panels down to size (2 1/2" x 5 1/2").  I used a border punch to make the contrasting scallop panels.
Here is the card made using the Kidz Daisy digital stamp
... three photos because the card makes me feel happy and I hope it does the same for you
