My "G" project is a Goose with Glowing lights.

No colouring by me today ... instead I have used a pre-coloured image by Beccy.  

My card uses the pre-coloured Christmas Goose image from the Christmas Goose digital stamp set from the Beccy's Place Store and the “Naughty or Nice?” sentiment from the same digital stamp set.  I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut a fancy lattice frame for my Christmas Goose and added sparkling rhinestones to add some extra "Glow" to complement the Glowing lights.  I matted the sentiment panel and popped in place with adhesive foam squares.  

   

I originally planned this card to be a 5" x 7" side fold but changed things up by adding a flat-folding-easel to the back of the card so that it stands up like a top folding card.  I will make a small sentiment panel to fit above the easel on the back of the card.

... I liked this card so much that I had to make two ...

Day 7 - Complementary Colours

My "Complementary Colours" are RED and GREEN

No colouring by me today ... instead I have used pre-coloured images by Beccy.  

My card uses the single pre-coloured protea image from the Proteas digital stamp set from the Beccy's Place Store and a made-by-me "Merry Christmas" sentiment.  I used my Silhouette Cameo to make and cut fancy scalloped circle top folding card bases.  (I used a scalloped circle shaped cut file, rotated so that two scallops were level at the bottom, allowing the circle card to stand.  I duplicated the "front" and flipped it vertically, overlapped them and welded to create my top folding card with scallops that matched perfectly.)  I sized the image panels and sentiments to fit inside a circle to go on the front of the cards, printed then cut them and used liquid adhesive to secure the pretty proteas in place.

   

I made a second card with three layered proteas.

I really like how you can transform any shape into a top folding card.

My "E" project is an Emu ... actually it's a mob of emus.

The fun Emu Parade image is from the Emu Parade digital stamp set from the Beccy's Place Store, the Merry Christmas sentiment from the same set.  I printed the image on textured cardstock and coloured the mob with alcohol markers.  I know, textured cardstock is not the "right" one for use with alcohol markers but there's not a lot of shading and I love the texture with their feathers.

My "C" project is a CAS candle card.

The String Candle image is from the Tied Up With String digital stamp set from the Beccy's Place Store, the sentiment was "made by me" using a fancy font.  I printed the image on textured cardstock and coloured with alcohol markers.  I know, textured cardstock is not the "right" one for use with alcohol markers but there's not a lot of shading and I love the texture with the burlap.

Day 1 - A

elk (Animal with Antlers) card to inspire are HERE)

My "A" project is an Animal with Antlers.

No colouring by me at the moment ... instead I have used some pre-coloured images by Beccy.  I was inspired by Beccy's elk card, her Animal with Antlers and doodled ornaments is super cute and this is my attempt to channel my "inner Beccy".  The elk image is from the In The Woods digital stamp set from the Beccy's Place Store (I flipped him so that he was looking in the opposite direction), the ornament is the FREE Holly Bauble digital stamp from the Beccy's Place Blog.  I combined the images with a bow and digital sentiment to create a panel to create my CAS Christmas card.

I love how the green matches his eyes.
