CAS Christmas shaker

Another Christmas card ready and waiting for December 1st mailing.

I really like the elegance of white-on-white and confess to a bit of a shaker addiction, so this card ticks all the boxes for me ... except for being difficult to photograph.

I used the Falling Bauble Screen die from the new Be Merry Collection by Couture Creations to make the shaker window and filled it with sparkling clear sequins.

The card stands 5 3/4" tall and 6" wide ... not my usual 6x6 as I wanted the border around the shaker window to be quite narrow (5/16") and to allow plenty of room for the sentiment.

The sentiment is the Merry Christmas Script die from the Silent Night Collection by Ultimate Crafts.

Here is a flat view so that you can see the detail of the shaker window.

I made a white-on-white shaker card base with the Falling Bauble Screen die a few weeks ago but it was a lot narrower, with a small sentiment planned for the bottom right-hand-side.  ... I will finish off that card when the die arrives.

I was inspired by all the white and textures.
The reflection of the garland in the mirror is just like my shaker :)
