It's time for the 12th Annual Month of Holiday Cards Challenge at Beccy's Place.
Beccy's inspiration is a delightful presents card HERE
My "P" is a Pretty Pastel Pinwheel Card
My fancy fold card was inspired by THIS card by Leslie Turner on her Love To Scrap 2 blog. Her card was inspired by THIS tutorial and video HERE by Debbie Henderson on the Splitcoast Stampers site. I designed the card base and panels in Silhouette Studio using the dimensions from the tutorial.
It's nice to be learning more about SVGs and how to use Silhouette Studio.
I decorated the panels with several elements from the Jingle Bell digital stamp set from Beccy’s Place, including the Paper White digital Paper, the Bell Lower Corner pre-coloured digital stamp, the Single Bell pre-coloured digital stamp and the Merry Little Christmas digital sentiment. I printed, cut then assembled the layers and fancy folds.
The pinwheel folds flat for mailing,
with the flat card being standard A2 size, 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".
... I will need to make modifications to the pretty pastel pinwheel,
my husband has suggested that I add more different panels to make
it more interesting as you flip the folds and I think he's right.
