*** UPDATE ***

It's time for the 12th Annual Month of Holiday Cards Challenge at Beccy's Place.
You can read the rules HERE or head over to Beccy's Challenges and enter HERE.

My card was a work-in-progress "circles card" planned for the "C" prompt.
Now that the race is over, I'm back to share the details.

First off, I have to say that I was INSPIRED by THIS card shared by Sarah W. in the October Challenge at Beccy’s Place.  THANK YOU for the inspiration Sarah :)

My card uses the Poinsettia 2 pre-coloured digital stamp from the Christmas Blooms digital stamp set from Beccy’s Place.  Using Silhouette Studio, I created a scalloped circle frame (cut file details below) and cut the frame from textured cardstock.  I sized the poinsettia flower to fit inside the 4" scalloped circle frame, printed the image in a circle on 300gsm smooth white cardstock then fussy cut to size.  I created a sentiment to go on a 5 1/2" square card front, printed on 300gsm smooth white Letter sized cardstock, scored at 5 1/2" then trimmed to make a square top folding card.  I adhered the image panel to the back of the scalloped frame then adhered the framed image to the front of the card.
